Oh yeah, if there's anything that's sure to get the slothly up and moving, it's escalating your tone from calling them killers to murderers. But I don't know, after watching a bit of MTV over the weekend, perhaps even murdering can be used with positive connotations. Really, that's probably just a fad. I think we can just wait out the people who use "you murdered it" to mean "you did well" - let it become unpopular while we kill or murder a little time.
